Hazardous Goods - ICS is licensed to package and ship hazardous goods. Consult our operations department for more information on this type of service.

Packaging - ICS offers a complete line of crating and packaging services.
Warehousing and Fulfillment - ICS will warehouse upon request and ship on demand with 24-hour security.

Documentation - a complete service in international documentation including letters of credit, legalization, carnets, commercial invoices, shippers export declaration (S.E.D.), Certificate of origin and hazardous goods documentation.

• Availability of service - 24 hours a day - everyday
• Documentation - most forms of customs documentation are prepared at no charge. However, there are charges assessed for legalization but only at cost. And a Letter of credit is billed on a modest basis.
• Proof of delivery - proof of delivery is furnished on every invoice and upon request ICS will also give you verbal notification upon arrival at destination.
• Tracking - Station-to-station and Individualized tracking of each shipment is always part of our service.
• Free domicile - Upon request, International Courier System will prepay any duties assessed by customs. Free domicile shipments will greatly speed delivery time and eliminate the consignee's need to arrange shipment release from customs at destinations.
• Warehousing - ICS will warehouse upon request and ship on demand with 24-hour security.
• Preprinted airbills - ICS will preprint shipper and consignee information on our airbills for you at no charge. (for courier customers)
• Packaging - A complete line of boxes and tubes are available for our customers' packaging needs. (For courier customers)
• Multiple destination shipments - When shipping calendars, manuals, brochures, software updates or promotion material, ICS will pack and address each package at no charge. (For courier customers)
• Shipment advice - Our operations department will keep you informed of all freight shipment details by e-mail and or fax.
• Bonded drivers - all ICS drivers are carefully selected and bonded.
• ICS vehicles - are company owned and clearly marked to ensure that our customers feel secure about the safety of their shipments.
• Insurance - each shipment is automatically insured for $100.00. Unlimited additional coverage is available upon request at 60cent per $100 value or $30 minimum.
